Terms & Conditions

Working terms for approved organisations and users of SongCascade.

1. About SongCascade

SongCascade is a business-to-business software service owned and operated by Wild Kestrel.

2. Access and approved-user restrictions

Access is limited to approved users and assigned organisation workspaces. Credentials must not be shared.

3. Uploaded Content

The uploader remains responsible for ownership, licences and permissions. Uploading does not transfer ownership to Wild Kestrel. SongCascade may process, store, adapt and display content only to provide the service.

4. AI-Assisted Content

AI may assist with translation, localisation, transcription and adaptation. AI output is not automatically approved or legally cleared.

5. Lyrics and Translations

Users must hold the required rights and permissions. An AI lyric translation is not automatically an authorised translation.

6. Accuracy

Automated outputs and recommendations may contain errors. Users remain responsible for review and final approval.

7. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party tools needed to provide authentication, hosting, translation or other requested functions.

8. Marketing Communications

Users are responsible for lawful basis, consent and compliance with applicable privacy and anti-spam law.

9. Intellectual Property

The SongCascade platform, branding, workflow, software, interface and proprietary methodology remain Wild Kestrel intellectual property. Client-uploaded music and artwork remain with the applicable rights holder.

10. Confidentiality

Users must not disclose pre-release, embargoed or restricted content without permission.

11. Availability

SongCascade may change, suspend or maintain parts of the service and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wild Kestrel is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of unapproved output, user content or third-party services.

13. Termination

Access may be suspended or ended for misuse, rights concerns, security risk or breach of these terms.

14. Changes to Terms

These terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be presented through the service or an appropriate notice.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Wild Kestrel contact form.

These MVP terms are intended as working terms and should be reviewed by appropriate legal counsel before commercial launch.
