Information we handle
Account and organisation information, access approval data, usage analytics, uploaded content and marketing data supplied by approved users.
How it is used
To authenticate users, approve access, operate workspaces, localise and deliver requested materials, improve reliability and communicate about the service.
Uploaded content
Music, artwork, campaign documents and related materials are handled only to provide requested SongCascade functions and remain subject to the uploader’s rights and permissions.
Cookies and local storage
Essential browser storage may keep sessions and in-product preferences. Additional cookies will be disclosed before use where consent is required.
Service providers
We use only providers necessary to operate enabled service functions. We do not list or imply subprocessors that are not actually used.
Security
Access controls, organisation separation and least-privilege permissions are used to protect workspace data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
